Procédure d’échange :

• Vous pouvez échanger votre commande gratuitement dans nos boutiques de Madrid (C/ Claudio Coello 97, 28006) et de Londres (149 King's Road, SW3 5TX).
• Les échanges de taille ou de modèle sont entièrement gratuits. Nous souhaitons nous assurer que vous trouviez la pièce parfaite pour vous, sans frais supplémentaires. 
• Pour effectuer un échange, il vous suffit de vous rendre sur notre portail d’échanges et de retours et de suivre les instructions indiquées. Vous pourrez y sélectionner l’option d’échange et suivre les différentes étapes.
• Une fois la procédure en ligne terminée, vous recevrez par e-mail les instructions nécessaires ainsi qu’une étiquette d’expédition prépayée.

Conditions d’échange :

• Les échanges sont gratuits. Dès réception de l’article précédent et après vérification de son bon état, de sa présence dans son carton d’expédition d’origine et de la présence de toutes ses étiquettes intactes, nous procéderons à l’envoi du nouvel article. 
• Nous nous engageons à envoyer le nouvel article une fois que nous aurons reçu et vérifié l’article précédent.
•  Il est important que l’article retourné soit dans le même état que lors de sa réception, afin de garantir une expérience satisfaisante à nos clients.

At BYAN, our aim is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase made on our online store. We understand that on some occasions it may be necessary to make exchanges or returns, so we have established a clear and simple process to facilitate these operations.

Return Process:

• When requesting a return through our exchange and return portal, you will receive an email with the return label and all necessary instructions.
• You will need to print the return label and attach it to the packaging box in which you received your order.
• Please note that items purchased in-store can only be exchanged or returned at the store, free of charge.

Return Cost:
For returns within the Peninsula, the cost varies depending on the option chosen by the customer:

• Drop Off (Delivery at Pickup Point): €5.95
• Home Pickup: €8.00

In-store returns: free. 

You can return your order at our stores in Madrid (C/ Claudio Coello 97, 28006) and London (149 King's Road, SW3 5TX), at no cost.

International Returns (Including Canary Islands):

• Europe (EU): €9.95
• Rest of the World (Outside the EU): €39.95

These costs will be borne by the customer and deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

Please note: Return customs duties and import taxes will be charged and included in the return cost.

If you return more than one item, an additional fee will apply per extra item: €3 per item within Spain, €5 per item within the European Union, and €10 per item outside the European Union. This policy is intended both to promote more sustainable shopping habits and to help prevent abuse of the return service.  

Customer Obligations: 

• It is the customer's responsibility to return the product in perfect condition, with the original and intact packaging and labeling, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected.
