PURCHASING PROCESS

We put at your disposal an online shopping service that will allow you to buy the items available in our showroom from your computer. In addition, you can enjoy exclusive promotions and offers by sending us your email.

The prices on this Website are shown in Euros.

In accordance with the Law on Value Added Tax, Byan is obliged to pass this tax on, at the rate in force at all times, to all products delivered in Spain, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

In the deliveries made in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the corresponding taxes and duties will be applied in accordance with the regulations in force in each of these territories.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY


All orders are subject to the availability of the products. If at the time of issuing the order we detect that there is no stock in our warehouses of any of the products included in it, the customer will be notified immediately. In addition, the amount of the item charged and not sent will be paid within 15 days to the customer, by the same means of payment used in the purchase.

SHIPPING COSTS


You will be able to see the cost of each shipment at the time of purchase.

DELIVERY TIMES


As soon as the order leaves our showroom, we will send you an email with all the information so that you can follow up.

We prepare orders from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and once the payment has been confirmed. If we receive your purchase outside these hours or during a Sunday or holiday, we will organize it so that it is ready the next business day. Once we have your order in the showroom, we make the shipment via courier or post so that it reaches you as soon as possible.

In Peninsula except Madrid: 3-5 business days.

Madrid: 1-2 days

Byan's online store has the following payment methods: Credit card, Paypal and GooglePay.
