Our website offers you an online shopping service that will allow you to buy the items available in our showroom from your computer.

To proceed with the return or exchange of an item purchased in the online store, the process to follow is as follows:
Request the return or exchange by mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within a period not exceeding 7 calendar days following the date of receipt of the product. In case of requesting a change of size you must indicate the correct one and your order number.
Free return or exchange in the showroom: if you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you have 7 days after receiving your order to exchange it for another size or request a return. Send us an email and if you are in Madrid you can go to our showroom to deliver the item you want to exchange or return. If it is a return, we will ask you for an account number to make a transfer. It is essential that the product is in perfect condition.
Return by mail: You have 7 days to request the return or exchange of your product, you must notify email@example.com so that we can be aware that the product reaches the showroom and make the return correctly. Pack your items securely. When we receive the product we will contact you. It is essential that the product is in perfect condition.
To return or exchange an item purchased from Byan, you just have to print the label we will send you, drop it at a Post Office and send it to the following adress:
C / Covarrubias nº 20, 5th floor, left, 28010 Madrid (Spain)
Once we will receive it, we will refund you the shipping cost.
Until we receive the item in our showroom it is your responsibility. We recommend that you send us the item by courier or certified mail and that you keep the proof of shipment.
The money of those purchases made through our online store will be refunded.
When we verify that the items are in perfect condition, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount that will be credited to your account. Please bear in mind that the period for receiving this amount depends on the bank.
