To proceed with the return or exchange of an item purchased in the online store, the process to follow is as follows:

Request the return or exchange by mail to byan.concept@gmail.com within a period not exceeding 7 calendar days following the date of receipt of the product. In case of requesting a change of size you must indicate the correct one and your order number.

Return by mail: You have 7 days to request the return or exchange of your product, you must notify byan.concept@gmail.com so that we can be aware that the product reaches the showroom and make the return correctly. Pack your items securely. When we receive the product we will contact you. It is essential that the product is in perfect condition.

To return or exchange an item purchased from Byan, you just have to print the label we will send you, drop it at a Post Office and send it to the following adress:

C / Covarrubias nº 20, 5th floor, left, 28010 Madrid (Spain)

Once we will receive it, we will refund you the amount of the item.

Until we receive the item in our showroom it is your responsibility. We recommend that you send us the item by courier or certified mail and that you keep the proof of shipment.

The money of those purchases made through our online store will be refunded.

When we verify that the items are in perfect condition, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount that will be credited to your account. Please bear in mind that the period for receiving this amount depends on the bank.
