You have 15 calendar days from the reception of your order to request a return or an exchange. We invite you to review the conditions of exchanges and returns.

Exchange Process:

  • Exchanges for size or model are completely free of charge. We want to ensure that you find the perfect garment for you at no additional cost.
  • To process an exchange, simply visit our exchange and return portal and follow the provided instructions. There, you'll be able to select the exchange option and follow the indicated steps.
  • Once you've completed the online process, you'll receive the necessary instructions along with a prepaid shipping label via email.

Exchange Conditions:

  • Exchanges are free of charge. Upon receipt of the previous item and verification that it's in good condition, in its original shipping box, and with all tags intact, we will proceed to send the new item.
  • We commit to sending the new item once we have received and verified the previous one.
  • It's important that the returned item is in the same condition as it was received, ensuring a satisfactory experience for our customers.
  • The customer has a period of 15 days from the receipt of the order to request an exchange.

Return Policy

Peninsula (Spain and Portugal)

Return Process:

  • When requesting a return through our exchange and return portal, you will receive an email with the return label and all necessary instructions.
  • You will need to print the return label and attach it to the packaging box in which you received your order.´

Return Cost:

The return cost in Peninsula varies depending on the option chosen by the customer:

  • Drop Off (Delivery at Pickup Point): €5.
  • Home Pickup: €8.
    These costs will be borne by the customer and deducted from the total amount to be refunded to the customer.
  • You can also return your order for free at our showroom located at Calle Fernández de la Hoz 33, Sótano Derecha, Madrid.

International (Including Canary Islands)
Return Option:

  • Drop Off (Delivery at Pickup Point).

Return Cost:

  • International returns have a fixed cost of €10. This cost will be borne by the customer and deducted from the total amount to be refunded to the customer.

Customer Obligations:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to return the product in perfect condition, with the original and intact packaging and labeling, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected.
  • The product to be returned must be in the same condition as received by the customer.
